Day 11

So today is another track meet day! That means less food! I didn't eat breakfast and for lunch I had some mashed potatoes! I had a mcdonalds vanilla iced coffee for dinner at 11:00 haha so yeah! Good day (:

Day 10

Breakfast: bagel with cream cheese and orange juice
Lunch: 5 chicken nuggets
Dinner: an egg roll

Day 9

So I had my usual breakfast of a bagel and cream cheese and oj, for lunch I had a little but of salad. I don't plan on having dinner tonight, I'll let you know if I do!!

Day 8

Today is track meet day! I ate a small mini bagel and cream cheese with orange juice breakfast, as usual. At lunch I had salad with a little bit of ranch and I don't plan on eating dinner tonight because 1: track meet food is terrible for you and 2: I feel as if I've been binging often recently and I don't want to gain weight! Lose lose lose! I need to buy a scale because I keep going over to my friends to use one!

Day 7

I ate breakfast at school, mini wheat bagel with cream cheese and some orange juice. At lunch they were serving chicken sandwiches, I had a bite of one of those. My parents cooked Mexican food (burritos) for cinco de mayo and I had one of those. I feel bad about eating three times, but I won't be eating that much tomorrow because of my track meet, I can get away with no food all day! I never got back about prom!! It was AWESOME! I went with friends so I wasn't confined to one person the whole time! I got to dance with a lot of my girl friends and had a wonderful time (: last dance of my high school career!

Day 6

Went out to eat at Ryan's with the family. I had a slice of turkey and a roll and got away with just that and a small salad. Then for dinner I had a few pieces of shrimp. I drank some water, but not as much as I should have. The hunger pains have pretty much passed, I only feel them every once in a while now, it's getting much easier!

Day 5

Saturday. Today all I ate was a packet of ramen noodles at lunchtime, I wasn't really hungry so I didn't during all that much water either, gotta rehydrate tomorrow!!

Day 4

So far I've had a small apple, a whole wear miniature bagel, and some turkey at lunch, just a few bites. I've got prom tonight and I'm going to eat with a few friends so I'll most likely just order a salad and not eat much of it, I feel like I've already had so much today!! So wish me luck at prom! Should be fun! 😄

Day 3

This ketosis is really killing me, I woke up this morning and was extremely dizzy and disoriented. I almost passed out, and would have if I had to take the bus because it's a little bit of a walk, but my parents drove me and my brother. I decided to eat so that I wouldn't pass out at school, I had a small wheat bagel with cream cheese, a cup of fruit, which has a lot of sugar, I'm kicking myself for that, and some orange juice. I really don't want to eat at lunch but I feel that my friend is going to make me. I will try to evade dinner since I have had so much already, and will probably have a couple bites of lunch.

So my friend made me eat at lunch, but I'm done for today. It was a chicken fajita, rice, bleh! Too many calories! I'll find a way to evade dinner. I will be thin.

Day 2 continued

So I succeeded in not eating anything for dinner!! I went to get my hair lowlighted and my family went out to eat so I said I'd just eat when I got home. Of course I didn't eat! So a total of zero calories! Yay!

Day 2

So today I've so far succeeded in eating nothing. I'm really nervous about dinner because I'm not sure if we'll go out to eat. If we do they'll force me to eat, but if not I think I can get away with no food. Going to bed hungry is always good. I've been drinking water all day to stay full. I'll blog later and tell you about what happened at dinner. I think I'm doing very well so far, I refuse to binge.

Day 1

I started this off by taking my before picture and not eating dinner. This morning I ate a half an apple and at lunch I ate the other half. For dinner my parents forced me to eat some dolmas. They're Greek grape leaves stuffed with rice, too many carbs, but they were only about 300 calories in all. At least I'm still under 500 for the day. Tomorrow I will definitely try to fast if I can get away with it. My parents might get suspicious. I drank lots of water throughout the day to lessen the hunger. I plan to continue eating only fruits and veggies on alternating days. This is going to be hard, but I'm done being fat.
