This ketosis is really killing me, I woke up this morning and was extremely dizzy and disoriented. I almost passed out, and would have if I had to take the bus because it's a little bit of a walk, but my parents drove me and my brother. I decided to eat so that I wouldn't pass out at school, I had a small wheat bagel with cream cheese, a cup of fruit, which has a lot of sugar, I'm kicking myself for that, and some orange juice. I really don't want to eat at lunch but I feel that my friend is going to make me. I will try to evade dinner since I have had so much already, and will probably have a couple bites of lunch.
So my friend made me eat at lunch, but I'm done for today. It was a chicken fajita, rice, bleh! Too many calories! I'll find a way to evade dinner. I will be thin.
